FESTIVAL BOOKINGS

We are now receiving bookings for the festival in October 2012. Our preferred way to manage these is by online booking but if this is a problem for you please contact us for other arrangements.

 

Bookings are separated into two forms.

1. Bookings for Birdwatching Tours and Walks - these bookings will be managed by Inala Nature Tours.

2. Bookings for the social events, cultural activities, market and talks - these bookings will be managed by BIEN.

* RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY (Tours and walks)
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment must be received by October 11th, 2012 to hold the reservation.

Please note that for cancellations by you after 11th October, 2012 or if you do not show up for a booked tour, fees are not refundable. Cancellations prior to 11th October 2012 (must be in writing and will be deemed to take effect on the date of receipt by us) will be refunded in full (less any bank or credit cards fees).
If, at any time, a tour is cancelled by us or our tour partners payments will be refunded in full, less any credit card or bank fees incurred. Where possible an alternative day for the same tour may be arranged with your agreement instead.

If it is necessary for you to make changes we will do our best to accommodate them. Again these should be made as soon as possible in fairness to others who may wish to attend.
